Ingredients

  • 1 lb mutton, washed
  • 2 tbsp thick curd
  • 1 tbsp lemon/lime juice
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup coriander & mint leaves
  • Salt as required
  • 2 cup Basmathi/long grain rice
  • Whole garam masala ( 2 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 2 big bay leaf, 4 cloves, 1 cardomon)
  • 1 tbsp of ghee
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato,sliced
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 green chilli, slitted
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsb coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup coriander & mint leaves
  • Salt as required
