Ingredients

  • 250 grams minced goat meat
  • 2-3 crushed green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon roasted gram flour for binding
  • salt as required
  • 2 cups basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes 2 green cardamoms
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves 2-3 black pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 medium onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon, ginger garlic paste
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • salt as required
  • chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • oil
