Ingredients

  • 500 gm goat meat (you can also use lamb meat)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp dry
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 4 green cardamom
  • 5 cloves
  • 4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 whole cardamoms
  • 3 cloves ½ inch long cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp of sugar
