  • 3/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2. Add the mutton pieces and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell of ginger and garlic vanishes.
  • 3. Add in the salt, pepper powder and cumin powder. Mix it well. Do not add water. While cooking, mutton will ooze out some water.
  • 4. Cook on medium flame till the water dries up. Once the water dries up, add the half cooked mutton to a pressure cooker, add enough water. and pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles. (Note
