2. Add
the mutton pieces and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell of ginger and garlic vanishes.
3. Add
in the salt, pepper powder and cumin powder. Mix it well. Do not add water. While cooking, mutton will ooze out some water.
4. Cook
on medium flame till the water dries up. Once the water dries up, add the half cooked mutton to a pressure cooker, add enough water. and pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles. (Note
