  • 1 tsp Thin rice flakes
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour- 1/8 cup Salt- 1 tsp Sugar- 1 tsp Butter- As needed

  • 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice- 1.5 tsp To temper
  • 3 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Split black gram lentils
  • 1/2 tsp Chickpea lentils
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
