Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Onion ( sliced ) : 3
  • Ginger : 1"piece
  • 10 cloves Chilly powder : 1 tblspn
  • 1/4 tspn Coriander powder : 2 tblpn
  • coconut milk
  • 1 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Salt
  • 1 stick Clove / grampoo : 3
  • Star anise : 2
  • 1/2 tspn Whole black pepper
  • 1/2 tspn Oil
  • 1/2 tspn Curry leaves : handfull
  • Oil
  • 1 cup of thin coconut milk and cook it for another
  • 15 minutes on a low flame
