  • 1 " Cinnamon, 2 Pods of Cardamoms, 2 Cloves 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves / Cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Clarified Butter (ghee)
