Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Chopped Coriander
  • 3. Take the dough, knead it again and divide it into small sized balls, cover it and keep aside
  • 7. Place the watery side on the preheated griddle
  • 8. Then turn the tawa upside down and roast all side of the Naan directly on high flame till golden brown spotted
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
  • ½ cup Yogurt/Dahi
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Flour for Dusting and Rolling
  • Melted Butter for Applying
