Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Urad dal
  • 1 Cup Sour Curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 5. In a large vessel, mix both the batters.
  • 6. Now add the whisked sour curd , chilli paste, asafoetida and salt.
  • 9. Pour a ladle of batter into the centre of pan. Hold the pan with both the handles and quickly swirl it around so that the batter coats base and sides of pan evenly .
