  • 4 legs of lamb or goat {Fire roasted and thoroughly cleaned}
  • 1 onion 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp dhania seeds
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp mixed in water to form a paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 4-5 cardamoms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • For the Bagar
  • 1 onion 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
