Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 pinch nutmeg (optional but recommended
  • 2-3 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp chopped almonds
  • 1 serving of fruit ( apple/banana/strawberry/mango or anything one likes )
  • 1 tsp sugar or 1 tsp honey
