I particularly like this tikki as it uses lentil as a base not potato. No need to cook till totally mushy just cook till when you press it with fingers it is mashable

if using non-stick pan then no need to spread oil. compared with traditional rice dosa, preparing oats dosa is quick and does not require any advance preparation
If you are using fresh peas, then pre-cooking is not necessary. There is nothing wonderful than the flavor, color and the texture of peas kurma which satisfies all your food loving senses to the core
