Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup chana dal
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon corn
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients given above and mix well.
