  • {Makes around 12 idlis (depends on the sie of your idli mold) and 6 medium sized dosas}
  • 2 Cups Rice {Regular/Parboiled}*
  • 1/2 Cup Urad Dal / Skinned split black gram
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds/ Methi
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Poha/ Aval/ Beaten Rice/ Flattened Rice
  • Salt to taste
  • *I used regular rice.. You could use parboiled too as per the original recipe..
