Ingredients

  • 5-6 whole broken into big pieces
  • 2. You may use fresh green too. Just slit them into 4s.
  • 2. In the same pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leaves, red chillies and cashew nuts. Roast them on lowest flame till cashews are slightly pinkish gold.
