  • 1 tsp chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil salt to taste Instructions rinse the okra or bhindi in water for 3-4 times wipe them dry with a kitchen napkin. slice the bhindi vertically into 4 pieces if you have small sized bhindi / okra, then slice into 2 pieces in a large kadai add 2 tbsp of oil. take all your sliced bhindi to big kadai gently mix and make sure your okra(bendi/ bhindi) gets coated with oil. fry the okra (bendi/ bhindi) till golden brown and crisp on a medium flame. take care and keep on turning the okra so that they get fried evenly. now sprinkle salt, chilli powder, turmeric to roasted okra(bendi/ bhindi) give a final mix so that spices gets coated evenly to okra (bendi/ bhindi). enjoy the kurkuri bhindi plain or with rotis, rice and a bowl of curd. 3.5.3208
