Kanda bhaji is a speciality of Maharashtra, India where Kanda means onions and bhaji means fritters. Onion - 3/4 cup (peeled and thinly sliced). 1) peel and thinly slice the onions. 2) Add onion, salt to taste, gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, baking soda and coriander leaves and mix it well
