Ingredients

  • 5 hours ( if sprouting the beans , then 24 hours )
  • 250 ml cup
  • 1/2 kg spinach
  • 1 cup kala channa
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon channa
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3-4 garlic pods
  • 2-3 small green chillies
  • 5 hours and then pressure cook with
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2. In the mean time, add the chopped palak to an iron kadai, add
  • 5. Once it cooks ( changes colour) and oil separates, add it to the spinach mixture.
