  • 500 gms mutton, cleaned and cut into small pieces 4 bunches of spinach leaves 2 onions, finely sliced 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tsp red chili powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste 4 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves/cilantro 3 tbsp oil Instructions Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onion till translucent. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell from the ginger garlic has vanished. Add the mutton pieces and and cook till all the water dries up. Now add the red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Pour about a cup of water and close the lid of the cooker and cook till the mutton is done, about 15 minutes in pressure cooker. Allow the steam to escape and then add the spinach. Mix well. Cook on simmer till the leaves change their color and all the water dries up. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves. 3.5.3208
