Kadai Paneer. A creamy cottage cheese curry with capsicum. 250g paneer (cut into medium pieces). 1 medium green capsicum (cut into small cubes). Then add the tomato puree, curd, milk and capsicum and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or till all the masala is coated well to the paneer and oil starts floating on top
With its fairly mild, milky flavour and dense crumbly texture which doesn’t melt like other cheese, its best when paired with strong and spicy flavours like in classic Indian curries or dishes like Palak Paneer (spinach based curry), Achari Paneer (tomato base with Indian pickling spices), Matar Paneer (peas and tomato), Paneer Jalfrezi (tossed with bell pepper in lightly spiced tomato paste), Paneer Kurma (lightly spiced yogurt based dish), Kadai Paneer (whole spices and tomato paste), Paneer Kofta (deep fried paneer dumplings in creamy gravy), Paneer Tikka Masala (marinated paneer with vegetables) and many other Paneer curries

After mixing it well, paneercapsicum is ready to serve. Mix it well & then add paneer cubes into it. Paneer (cottage cheese)-100 grams cut into cubes- 1/3-1/2 cup. Capsicum-1 medium sized cut into pieces. Add turmeric powder & after 2-3 minutes add sliced capsicum. As water dries up, capsicum will become soft & in case it does not become soft, roast the mixture for another 2 minutes
Addition of half a capsicum or bell pepper in the gravy paste enhances the taste of the curry by adding light peppery taste to it which is what I like in Achari dishes
Paneer is similar to Cottage cheese and is very famous in vegetarian cooking in India. Whenever I Prepare vegetarian meal, I prefer to substitute meat with paneer or mushrooms

Capsicum-2 nos diced to cubes. Paneer( cubes)-100 gms(roasted in 1 tsp ghee). Again heat oil in the same kadai add the capsicum and cook until they are 3/4 done(DoNot Overcook the capsicum). Finally add the roasted paneer mix everything well cook for another 2 minutes. Paneer( cubes)-100 gms(roasted in 1 tsp ghee)
