I love using methi in as many dishes as possible so I decided to make use of it in making koftas and they not only taste amazing with grated paneer and combined with gulab jamun mix powder to make for the flour it has a an amazing milky creamy taste too
Take boiled and mashed potato in mixing bowl, add grated paneer into it. Heat the oil on medium gas and fry all koftas until it would get dark brown color
Finally before serving arrange the Koftas (Deep fried balls) in a serving bowl and pour the gravy on them and garnish with some grated paneer and coriander leaves

In a bowl of hot water, soak the paneer cubes and set aside until needed. Let the mixture come to a boil and after the oil floats on top, add the drained paneer cubes
