Paneer pakora is a popular Indian snack made with cottage cheese, gram flour and spices. Paneer pieces are dipped in spiced batter and then deep fried to golden brown in colour
Palak paneerpakoda is a delicious starter with a good nutritional value too. Add Bengal gram flour ( besan ), paneer ( cottage cheese ), salt, red chilli powder, Garam Masala powder, cooking soda, Chat Masala, rice flour and two tsp of hot oil into it
1. Take a bowl add chickpea flour, salt, chilly powder, soda bicarbonate,. Carom seeds (ajwain), water mix it like batter, add some oil, and mix it well

Take one spinach leaves, put one piece of paneer, and roll spinach leaves, deep into batter and leave it into hot oil for deep frying till golden brown
Heat oil in a kadai, pour little hot oil in the paneer mixture to get more crispier. Mix everything and add very little water to get the pakoda consistency dough
Crumble the paneer well. Boil potatoes until soft and combine with paneer and keep aside. Cut the corner of the bread slices, dip it in water and add it to crumbled paneer

PaneerPakoda can be a good starter or a snack for paneer lovers. I have used milky mist paneer here. With this recipe as a base you can try any pakoda varieties
Apply green chutney on a bread slice and put a slice of paneer on it. Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on paneer slice and cover it with a bread slice with sweet chutney on its side
use simply shallow fry paneer slices. make small long patties from mava and rounded by paneer slices. cut from middle and serve with chutney dhaniya and sev 100 gm paneer
