Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water-4 tbsp
  • 2 medium to large
  • 2 tbsp Garlic cloves - 5-6 nos Ginger,roughly chopped - 1 tbsp green chili - 1 nos tomatoes, roughly chopped - 2 medium to lage
  • cinnamon (dalchini) - 1/2 inch green cardamoms (chotti elachi) -
  • 2 nos cloves (lavang) - 2 nos
  • 1.5 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1 nos turmeric powder (haldi) - 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chili powder or deghi mirch - 1/2 tsp coriander powder (dhania powder) - 1/2 tsp garam masala- 1/4 tsp sugar - 1/4 tsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves) ,crushed - 1 tsp

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish (dhania patta)
