Ingredients

  • 500 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese, cut into 1″ cubes
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 3 Spring Onions bulb and leaves
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped into 1″ squares
  • 1 large Onions chopped into 1″ squares
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Szechuan Sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (for thickening gravy)
