Paneer Chili Dry. Paneer was trying to put its hand up in a vain attempt that I will notice it. In the same wok, add little oil , add ginger,garlic,onion,bell pepper,scallion whites and green chilli's
-Make a thick batter of corn flour, deep the paneer cubes and fry in hot oil till golden brown. Heat oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, chopped onion, sliced green chillies and fry for a minute over a high flame
Add paneer and mix altogether, cook until the spices blend into the paneer. Heat oil in pan, add green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste, cook until it becomes translucent

Heat the oil, add ground paste, add chilli powder,garam masala powder, salt, and coriander powder, mix well, when it starts boiling, add capsicum and paneer cubes,cook it,till it becomes thick gravy
