  • 1 Cup Paneer/Cottage cheese Cubes, immersed in hot water for 10 mins and drained

  • For Marinating Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt (Optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek leaves
  •  
  • For the Gravy
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger , minced
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder/To taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 Large Tomato, pureed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream (Optional or can be substituted with a Tbsp of Milk)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to Taste
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish
