Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Hung Curd
  • 250 gm Fresh Paneer , cut into medium sized cubes
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2/3 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
  • Salt as per taste

  • 10-12 Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup Melon Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 cloves 1 small piece of Cinnamon
  • 2 Cardamom 1-2 Red Dry chillies
  • 1 Bay Leave
  • 2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) Crush with hands
  • 4-5 Red Tomatoes (Choose Fully Ripe)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • Salt
