Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - half tsp
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree - 1 ripe tomato , make puree by grinding
  • 1 tbsp Milk - quarter cup
  • 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp Kasuri methi - 1 tsp Sugar - half tsp
  • Salt
