  • 4 types of gravies from which we can create upto 200 different recipes.This is such a wonderful information i came through and now started watching that show without missing it.According to his talk on gravies,the recipe also contains one of the gravy method that we are using tomato only for the recipe.This is super addictive gravy and you can also prepare it by making as a semi gravy like i prepared and posted here or you can also go with little diluted version too.Switch off the flame once the first boil comes after adding your cream or milk or cashew paste.This is perfectly paired with parathas,rotis and also rice.I did not use oven as i did not bought it after shifting to Pune.So prepared the tikkas from stove top itself.I used only paneer and capsicum for marination.I avoided onion and tomato here,you can also use both in marination and roast like i given below in the instructions.Lets move on making it,
  • 2 persons Prep Time
  • 1/2 tablespoon for marination
  • 2 tablespoons Garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons for both marination and for masala
