to tasteCombine the curds, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala, coriander, chaat masala, besan, oil and salt in a deep bowl and mix well to prepare a marinade.
Add the paneer, mix gently and keep aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Arrange the paneer pieces on the wire rack and place the wire rack on a baking tray and grill in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 30 minutes.
