Pappad Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Pappad-10
  • Shallots-7 sliced
  • Onion sliced-1/4th
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric-a Pinch
  • Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
  • Salt-a Pinch
  • Oil

Instructions

    Wipes the flour in the pappad and cut in to small pieces and fry it.

    Heat oil in another pan add the shallots and onion.when it turns translucent add the curry leaves,turmeric,chilli powder and salt.roast the powder and add the pappad into it.mix well.saute for 3 minutes.

    Serve immediately, other wise the pappad lost its crispness.
