Pappadam curry(Pappad curry)

Ingredients

  • pappad-5
  • mustard seeds-1/4tsp
  • chopped onion-1
  • chopped green chilli-1
  • curry leafs
  • coconut oil
  • salt
  • coriander powder-1tsp
  • chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • garam masala-1/4tsp
  • water-1 1/2glass

Instructions

    Roll and cut the Pappad in to medium sizes.fry and keep aside.(before frying wipes the flour in the Pappad using a cloth)

    heat the oil splutter the mustards,add the onion and green chilli
    saute for few seconds

    now add the coriander powder, saute till the raw smell dissapers..

    now add the chilli powder saute.then add the turmeric,garam masala ,mix it ,saute till the raw smell disappears.

    (plz be careful don't burn the masalas).

    add the water,when it boils add the salt.add the pappad and curry leafs when the gravy reduces.cook for few minutes. switch off the stove.

    now add 1 tsp coconut oil to it.
