Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pasta ( I used Chifferi Rigati pasta. You can use pasta of your choice )
  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted cooking butter
  • 1 Medium onion chopped finely
  • 1 large ripe tomato chopped finely
  • 2 Garlic Cloves crushed and then chopped finely
  • 1 Sprig of curry leaves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dry rosemary
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
