Today, I am going to share an elite vegetable preparation with a non veg twist which is considered as one of the most conventional and humble Bengali delicacies, Potoler Dorma/Potoler Dolma or Stuffed PointedGourdCurry
During the scorching summer considerable amount of good quality PointedGourd (Potol) is found all over India & therefore it's obvious that various preparations of this vegetable will be found in every house
So this weekend i was left with a snake gourd and decided to try out one of Tarla Dalal's recipes. I've stuffed the snake gourd with Corn & Mint,you can replace the corn with mashed potatoes or paneer
This is a spicy curry made with a seldom used vegetable stuffed with minced meat, lamb in this case. Prepare the gravy and when bubbling, place the stuffed vegetables carefully, cover and cook till the meat is tender and cooked
