Ingredients

  • 1. For Bhaaji
  • 1 Cup Chopped
  • 2 cups Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Finely chopped
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2. For Paav
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Paav Bhaaji masala, for each paav
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp of butter and once it is heated, add
  • 1 tsp of cumin seeds and let it splutter
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter and 1/4 tsp paav bhaaji masala. Place the slit side of the paav (softer side) on the tawa and rub it in the butter and masala mix. Keep pressing until the sides become golden brown. You can brown both the sides or just the inside alone.
