  • 2 green chillies
  • chopped onion
  • chopped coriander
  • 1. To a pressure cooker add all the ingredients listed under "To pressure cook" and cook for 3 whistles on high and allow to release pressure on it self.
  • 2. If you are not using a pressure cooker just add all vegetables to a pan and cover cook until the veggies are done.
  • 3. To a pan add oil and butter followed by zeera(cumin) and onion.
  • 5. Add all the remaining ingredients and give a stir.
  • 6. Add the pressure cooked vegetables and
  • 7. Cook until all the ingredients come together ,if the mixture gets dry add some water.
