Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup each chopped vegetables such as beans, carrot, capsicum, frozen peas
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala store bought or homemade
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped
