Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Methee seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Garlic..................................................................1 whole pod, makes about
  • 3 tbsps finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsps finely chopped
  • 3-4, or acc to taste
  • 1/2 small bottle. abt 1-2 cups go by taste.
  • 1/2-3/4 kg Just make sure the fish is covered with oil
  • 3-4 large ones
  • 5-6, fresh or dry
