Pendpala Recipe - Dry Pendpala

Ingredients

  • cooked Toor dal : 300 gm
  • Black cumin like sunflower powder: 100 gm
  • red chilly pieces: 5 to 6
  • red chilly powder : 2 tbsp
  • garam masala : 1 tbsp
  • oil :2 tbsp
  • mustard seeds : 2 tbsp
  • salt : 1 tbsp

Instructions

    1] Take cooked Dal in a container.

    2] Add salt, red chilly powder, powder of sunflower, etc and mix it well.

    3] Now split the oil with mustard sees and red chilly powder.

    4] Pout it hot in cooked Dal .

    5] Mix it well & serve it with Roti or chapati.
