Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked white rice ( left over will do)
  • 1 cupe sliced Onion
  • 1 tsp freshly crushed Pepper corns
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp Ghee / clarrified butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • salt to taste
