  • 2 raw mangoes ( medium size ) OR 2 cups raw mango ( finely chopped)
  • 3-4 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder ( adjust according to your spice requirements)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seed powder/methi seeds powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
