  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp or required
  • Oil (for make dosai)
  • Add red chilli instead of green chilli
  • Add parboiled rice instead of raw rice
