Ingredients

  • 4 hours Cook time

  • 20 mins easy pesarattu recipe
  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 2 tbsp chana dal water as required, to soak
  • chana dal
  • 1 tbsp rice flour salt to taste
  • 7 tsp oil, for roasting
  • 7 dosa half onion, finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 8 hours further, drain off the water and blend to smooth batter
