  • 2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 2 green chilies slit length wise
  • 1 tsp dry mango/amchur powder
  • 3 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 medium sized chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp garam masala
