  • 2 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 5 garlic pods
  • ¼ inch ginger
  • 1 green chili, slit
  • 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoon anardana / pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchur/dry mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 4 tablespoon desi ghee
  • Salt to taste
