  • 2 cup Panko or regular bread crumbs
  • 1 cup pistachio, whole and roasted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 113 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • Pistachios, toasted and ground, for decorating
  • L milk
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
