Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beaten Rice
  • 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Cooking Oil
  • 7 mins Drain and let it stand for
  • 10 mins Heat a nonstick pan with oil, temper with mustard, urad, cashews, chopped green chilies, peanuts, curry leaves, finely chopped onions
