Ingredients

  • 2 large pieces of Pomfret
  • fish ( approx. 200 gm)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 slited green chili
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves 2 pc Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili
  • powder (you can use more as per your taste)
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1½ tsp Cumin (Jeera) powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Handful chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • Sugar and Salt to taste
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil ( I
  • used Sunflower Oil )
