Ingredients

  • 3/4 th cup
  • Red chilly /green chilly 4- 6 (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste / chopped finely 2 inch black pepper 15-20
  • 3 tsp Salt (according to ur taste) 1&1/2 tsp Cashews 12 -15
  • 5 cups Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp of ghee , keep medium flame after
  • 1 min add cashews fry till u get light brown colour , remove the cashews to a plate
