  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tamarind

  • 1 teaspoon pigeon peas
  • 1 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon thalippu vadagam ( if you have stock ) or mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
