All healthy corn and mixed it with some yummy cheese to make these Corn and CheeseBalls. Ingredients1 cup Corn( frozen or fresh )100 gm Paneer Indian cottage cheese-( If paneer is not available, you can use boiled potato )3/4 cup Cheddar cheese2 tablespoon Corn flour1/4 cup All purpose flour-Salt to taste. Corn And CheeseBallsHow to make Corn and CheeseBallsBoil corn in little water till it is softDrain the water and coarsely grind in a grinderGrate the Paneer or PotatoIn a bowl, mix together corn, paneer, cheese, corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, sugar, green chili, green coriander and baking powderMake 13-15 balls from the mixtureRefrigerate for 10-15 minutesTake out from the refrigeratorDip the balls in milk and then in bread crumbs , so that they are coated with crumbsRefrigerate again for 10-15 minutesHeat oil in panTake the balls out of the refrigerator and let then sit on the counter for at least 2-3 minutes before fryingWhen the oil becomes very hot, Turn the heat to medium and fry the balls till golden brownTake care not to fry the balls at a very high heat , other wise they will turn blackServe hot with tomato ketchup. 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
